This Projection Alarm Clock sets to the U.S. atomic clock to maintain absolute time accuracy. It also monitors indoor temperature and humidity and outdoor temperature with a wireless sensor. The projection arm projects time and/or outdoor temperature onto the wall or ceiling (projection can be rotated). The time alarm with snooze keeps you always on time. Tip if you have trouble getting the sensor to work: 1.Bring both units inside and have the units 3-5 feet apart with nothing in-between them. 2.Remove the batteries from both units. 3.Press one of the buttons on the display at least 20 times to clear all memory. Verify that the display is blank before proceeding. 4.Using a good quality alkaline battery place them back into the remote sensor; making sure they are installed according to the diagrams in the battery compartment. A Well-Made Easy to Use Invention
I checked very carefully and this *is* the model I have. This is a GREAT easy to set up easy to use product that I wouldn't trade for anything. It has been prominent in my kitchen for over a year now and I love it!
There is a slight catch: you do have to read the directions. Apparently this a far more daunting challenge for most people than I would have guessed as they only took me about five minutes to read.
Yes the moon phases can appear backwards but the illuminated portion of the clock matches the illuminated portion of the moon. This is a very minor complaint and after I got used to it (again about five minutes) it hasn't thrown me off since.
Again yes you have to put a thermometer outside to have the outside temperature. I'm not sure what the other reviewer was expecting. On the plus side I've always found it extremely accurate and what's more the signal appears to be able to pass through an entire house with no problem.
But no this clock adjusts itself and I haven't had to worry about resetting it for a long time.
I love this thing and never plan on replacing it with anything else. After reading these other reviews I guess my only complaint is that it doesn't have a drink ready for me when I get home.
BTW I find myself using the moon phases a lot more than I would've guessed.

Most enjoyable and it works.This is one of the more delightful purchases recently. The little unit and its remote temperature sensor came to life shortly out of the box with no hastle and went to work as advertised. The readability of the projection on the ceiling when it's a little darker lighting curtains pulled and especially at night is wonderful. The direction of the projection is easily adjusted in several directions. It is easy to adjust and tailor to your environment keeps the right time right temperature and just sits there doing its job day in and day out in a most enjoyable way. I bought it as a gift to my wife more as a stocking filler but neither of us would want to be without it now as we find ourselves depending on it. And it has delivered so far.
